Is the online estimate a guaranteed offer?
The estimate is a maximum for an eligible device. Our team checks the exact model, condition and functionality before confirming a final offer.
Can I trade in a different brand?
Yes. Choose a supported device in the estimator. If your model is missing, contact us for an assessment.
Can I keep my device until the new one is ready?
Discuss the timing with our team before handing over your device. Back up your data and only erase it when the assessment and handover are agreed.
What happens if I decline the offer?
You can choose not to proceed after the assessment. No trade-in is completed without your agreement.
Before you bring a device
- Back up your data and sign out of personal accounts.
- Bring valid identification and proof of ownership when requested.
- Do not erase the device until the team confirms it is ready for handover.
- Online or phone guidance is preliminary; only an in-person inspection can produce a final offer.
